Friends and family: I am trying a new method to post to our Blog. We have been having connections problems. We sent a long message two nights ago on Lahi's computer, but it never made it for some reason. Today we have finally been able to use my laptop at the library at the University, so hopefully this will work. If so we will send a longer message later. Suffice-to-say, we are well and overwhelmed by what we have seen and heard here. If you have ever wondered about the contributions that Yema and Lahi have made in this part of the world I can assure you that it surpasses anything you can imagine. Kenya Methodist University Clinic is partnering with Community United Methodist Church (CUMC) in Naperville, IL. Yema Luhahi, a member of CUMC has been a full time missionary at the Kenya clinic for many years. Many other member from CUMC have also gone on mission trips to the clinic. As our partnership moves into 2008 we will be publishing our mission progress and communicating through this forum.
